Terms of Use
By booking a tour with Krakens Club through www.krakensclub.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Eligibility**
All participants must be 18 years or older. Minors are allowed only with parental consent and prior approval.
2. **Bookings & Payments**
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. **Cancellations & Refunds**
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: 90% refund
- 15–30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: non-refundable
In case of severe weather or force majeure, Krakens Club may reschedule or refund the tour at its discretion.
4. **Risk & Responsibility**
Sailing involves inherent risks. Participants agree to follow crew instructions at all times. Krakens Club is not liable for personal injury or loss due to non-compliance or force majeure.
5. **Changes & Modifications**
We reserve the right to update the itinerary, vessel, or schedule due to safety or operational reasons.
